I'm Kelvin. Principal PM at US Mobile by day. The rest of the time: building small AI systems that run my life, chasing shuttlecocks, and answering to a miniature poodle.
about
At work I ship the unglamorous infrastructure that makes millions of phone activations feel instant — multi-network systems, international connectivity, the plumbing nobody notices until it breaks.
But the interesting parts happen off the clock. I build tools when processes annoy me. I play badminton and padel with tournament-level seriousness and recreational-level results. I host gatherings where friends demo what they're building with AI. And most decisions in my house are reviewed by Yumi, a miniature poodle with strong opinions.
The throughline: design the system, then actually live in it.
four ways I spend myself

Badminton tournaments, padel courts, the occasional 5K. Currently rebuilding — the goal is stronger than before, not back to baseline.
Miniature poodle. Reviews all code, approves all walks. Negotiates treats with better tactics than most PMs.
Gatherings where friends demo what they're actually building — no slides, no pitches, just live tools and good food.
the system
Every morning at 7:00, an agent has already read my data, written my brief, updated my dashboards, and nagged me about the task board. The de-identified version is public — clone it and make it yours.
A file-based knowledgebase, agent task prompts, and daily report generators. A walkthrough plus a downloadable kit.
